Baby Update

Hi Everyone!!!!

Just a quick update!

My midwife couldn't find the baby's heartbeat on Tuesday.....so she brought in the "small"
ultrasound machine.... : ) Guess who I saw?
BABY O'CONNOR!!!!!
Looked like he was doing mini crunches and at 1 point waved!
She still couldn't find his hearbeat afterwards but we saw Baby and Baby was moving!!!!
He...or...She? We still don't know!

The Famous Mom2 Potato Salad Recipe

5 lb. Red Potatoes - Skins on

8 Hard Boiled Eggs

Green Onions (however many as you want)

8 - 10 Small Sweet Pickles - diced

4 Stalks Celery - Diced

1 Small Jar Red Pimentos

Spices:

1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1 1/2 Tsp. Celery Salt

2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper 2 - 3 Tsp. Sea Salt

1 Tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

1 Tsp. Parsley 1 Tsp. Chives

After you boil potatoes and of course drain the water!

Mix all ingredients together.

Add Mustard & Mayo to make creamy!!!

Save 1 boiled egg - slice and put on top of salad.

Sprinkle with paprika.
